Rexroth Seki as a joint venture between Mannesmann Rexroth GmbH and Seki Co. Ltd. has been founded in Busan.
1997
Automation technology business(Linear Technology,Electric Drives & Controls) has been started.
1999
Mannesmann Rexroth Korea Ltd. has been established as a 100% owned subsidiary of Mannesmann Rexroth GmbH.
2001
Mannesmann Rexroth GmbH has been merged by Robert Bosch Automation division. Bosch Rexroth AG has been established through the merger.
2001
Bosch Rexroth Korea Ltd. has been established as a 100% owned subsidiary of Bosch Rexroth AG that was also a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
2004
Bosch Rexroth Korea Ltd. has taken over Skatec Co., Ltd. which was the exclusive partner of Bosch Rexroth Korea Ltd. for customer-specific hydraulic control blocks in plastic machinery. Ansan manufacturing facility has been established through this acquisition.
2006
Linear Motion Module customizing line and Pneumatic Stroke Shop have been set up on Ansan site.
2007
Seoul sales office of Bosch Rexroth Korea Ltd. moved into Yongin Office
2009
Technical Center Korea has been established for mechatronic process in automation business in the Ansan plant.
2010
Customer oriented Reorganization “Rexroth 2.0” goes live.
2011
Plan for moving and expanding Busanhead office to BJFEZ
(DCKR signed MOU with BusanCity)
